Dr. Dalia LATKAUSKIENE
Dalia Latkauskienė received her dental degree in 1999, and her post-graduate certificate in orthodontics in 2002 from Kaunas University of Medicine. Since 2002 she has been in full-time private practice. Dalia Latkauskiene continued as lecturer for postgraduate programs in orthodontics 2006-2007 at the same university. She defended her Phd thesis „Herbst- effects on jaws and dental arches in growing Class II patients“ in 2013 and is involved with Riga Stradins University, University of Florence and University of Michigan on this project.
Dalia Latkauskienė has presented lectures, seminars and continuing education courses on crowned Herbst appliance, adult orthodontics, multidisciplinary treatment and combined orhodontic-orthognatic treatment (together with maxillo facial surgon S. Grybauskas DDS, MD, Phd) to dental and orthodontic organizations as well as conferences in European Union, Russia and some other Eastern European countries. Current interests focus on orthodontic-orthognatic, non-compliance orthodontic treatment, temporary anchorage devices, adult orthodontics.

• Dr. Ravindra Nanda is Professor Emeritus, Former UConn Alumni Endowed Chair and Head of the Department of Craniofacial Sciences and Division of Orthodontics, University of Connecticut, Farmington, Connecticut, U.S.A. He is also an Adjunct Professor at The Forsyth Institute, Cambridge, Ma, USA. • Dr. Nanda has been active in orthodontic research in the area of biomechanics, clinical trials and acceleration of orthodontic treatment. He has authored with his colleagues more than 250 scientific papers. He is Editor-in-Chief of Progress in Orthodontics and he is on the editorial board of ten different national and international orthodontic journals. Dr. Andreea BIRIS
She attended the "Victor Papilian" Faculty of Medicine in Sibiu, between 2005-2011, and then completed the residency program in Orthodontics at the Sibiu County Hospital, obtaining specialization in 2014.
From the first years of college and after, she participated in countless courses in the field of dental medicine, and in the 2nd year of residency (2012) she started the FACE program - Functional And Cosmetic Excellence - a complex program in orthodontic techniques. The FACE treatment philosophy she embraced includes a complex and comprehensive approach to orthodontic cases, with an interdisciplinary approach of treatment plans.
The question we often ask ourselves is “Is it possible to achieve all the goals of a treatment plan by doing only orthodontics?” The answer is almost always "NO" and this is why we need to work in a team environment with other dental professionals by our side. This concept motivated her to found the UNIQUE SMILE Dental Care Center in Sibiu in 2014 - an interdisciplinary dental clinic, with 2 locations, 7 Dental offices and an integrated 3D radiology laboratory, a center that approaches a digitized workflow in current practice.

Dr. Zachrisson is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Oslo, Norway. He has maintained a private orthodontic practice in Oslo for over 40 years, and has published more than 275 clinical and scientific articles in international journals and textbooks in orthodontics, periodontics, traumatology, and general dentistry, and presented lectures and courses world wide. He has received many awards and honors from orthodontic societies in Europe, USA, Asia, Australia, and Africa. He is one of few orthodontists who has received both the Ketcham and the Jarabak Awards, the two most prestigious awards from the AAO, and has three times received the Dewel Award for the best clinical article in the AJO-DO (2003, 2009 and 2017). Dr. Simonas Grybauskas graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine and acquired his Dental degree in 2000. In Vilnius University he completed his training in oral surgery (2003) and maxillofacial surgery (2006). In 2008 he acquired his Medical degree and became a double qualified oral and maxillofacial surgeon.Dr. Grybauskas is a member of Lithuanian Association of Maxillofacial Surgery as of 2002, a member of Baltic Association of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery since 2003 and a member of European Association for Cranio–Maxillofacial Surgery starting from 2005. Simonas hosted and directed a major international event – 1st Baltic Sea Conference in Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery in Vilnius in 2009. His CV includes postdoctoral certificates from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and the Forsyth Dental Center, a Teaching Fellow at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the University Of Maryland School Of Dentistry. Dr. Roncone belongs to Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honorary Fraternity, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honorary Fraternity. Dr. Roncone’s practice in San Diego County, California, specializes in adult treatment (esthetics, surgical and TMD) as well as “early” treatment for children.
He is a respected and frequent lecturer, having taught more than a thousand seminars around the globe. His impressive list of technical innovations and the Physio Dynamic philosophy includes reduced treatment time; a minimal number of appointments—between 6-8 for 90% of patients; and long intervals between patient appointments (8-12 weeks), which he introduced in 1989 through the use of titanium wires, and the development of a unique prescription for bands and brackets.
